- Locate stations along a trail to encourage walkers and joggers to use more muscle groups, burn more calories and increase cardiovascular capacity.
- Place several stations next to a playground where parents and other guardians can exercise while keeping an eye on their kids.
- The HealthBeat™ system is also easy to install. There are two installation options to support your requirements. Even better, no protective surfacing is required.
