Roma Park – Scarborough

Playscape Creations have recently completed the installation of the first of many more to come of the innovative new Healthbeat stations from Landscape Structures.  The community surrounding Roma Park in Scarborough are going to be well on their way to becoming a fit and healthy community with the introduction of  HealthBeat.

The council have started with 3 of the HealthBeat stations, by incorporating the Cardio Stepper with the unique hydraulic cylinder wtih 6 levels of adjustment, an Ab Crunch/ Leg Lift as well as a pull up dip station.  Each of the three stations chosen focus on different muscle groups as well as enhancing cardio vascular training, resistance traning and muscle strength as well as core excercises, which all form an integral part of  any fitness training regime.

The community surrounding Roma park will see that the benefits of exercising in the great outdoors are endless: they will soon be benefiting from increased strength and coordination, better cardiovascular health, a sense of well being and an overall healthier happy community.
