Springsure Skatewave

SKATEWAVE opening brings community together.

Our most recent Skatewave park opening was held on 29th October at Springsure in regional QLD and was a fantastic community event.  The local PCYC organised the day with a free sausage sizzle, music, scooter/bike competitions in various age groups followed by the mayors speech and cutting the ribbon.  It was great to see most of the councils’ elected members in attendance supporting this great facility, along with around 30 kids and their parents – who expressed their appreciation of Council’s efforts in delivering this project.

Playscape Creations once again donated a BMX bike from DK Bikes  through 99 Bikes – which we’re sure will get some solid use over the coming years!
