With a passion for quality and best practice business processes, Lisa’s drive for continuous improvement has been adopted by the Playscape Creations team and is now a huge part of our cultural direction.
Throughout her career, Lisa has been on the forefront of change management, helping organisations to grow and evolve within the changing business landscape. Lisa’s experience navigating the complexities of designing and updating policies, operating procedures and quality systems gives her a unique ability to helicopter out to see and improve an entire process from start to finish.
Having achieved a Degree in Business Management and recently completed her MBA, Lisa is committed to lifelong learning and ongoing professional development.
